When to extend no lucrativa

Which is checked when extending no lucrativa

Article 64 lists the conditions for extension [1]:

• you own the valid resolution no lucrativa or are in a three-month window after it is finished;

What documents are needed to extend no lucrativa

Official application is attached [1]:

• A complete copy of the current passport or travel document;
• Documents on funds for the extension period and insurance for that period;
• If the school population has a report from the regional authorities confirming the education;
• A fee receipt (modelo 790);

How to extend no lucrativa: order of steps

1. Set the end date. On TIE and by decision. Please mark the date two months before it as the beginning of the feed window.
2. Check the terms. Funds, insurance, school, days of residence.
3. Get the papers and pay the fee. The receipt is required.
4. Make a statement. Time limit and silence of the agency

The application for extension shall be decided and communicated within three months of the date of submission. [1].
