How the Library Works

B Journal Russian-language articles on 15 topics: relocation, documents, work permit, Digital Nomad, work, studies, family, arraigo, extension and VAM, taxes, bank and money, housing, business, life in Barcelona, speciality for Russian and CIS citizens, each article has a separate address, description, references to related materials and official sources.

Who is responsible for the texts

The text and conditions are approved by Victoria, the founder of NEXO, together with the team; Victoria has a legal education but is not a lawyer; the legal content of the team's counsel is checked before the site is launched; until such verification is completed, each article is marked as a draft; the texts are prepared using the IE for first-hand information, the team checks them selectively.

Priority of primary sources

Legal explanations are based primarily on BOE and official bodies, and the consolidated BOE text is readable but referenced: in practice, official publications and the circumstances of the case are taken into account. [1] [2] [3]

The figures that change every year (minimum wages, duties, income thresholds) we take from one source of data on the website and update together. We indicate the date of update next to the numbers.

What articles don't

There are no fake client stories, reviews, success rates, and the deadline for approval. We don't give the general material for individual consultations. Reactions and cases are only published with the consent of the clients and without the disclosure of the identity.

How We Update Articles

When changing law or practice, we first correct the article and the associated service pages and then change the date of the check. We do not leave the outdated instruction under a new date. The frequency of the scheduled check and the appointment of the reviewer are specified before launching. The prepared search structure does not guarantee the position of the search. [4]
