Not appropriate.

You only need the translation itself: the juror makes it, and we're putting it on your case.

Order: How to collect the kit

Procedure and organ. determine exactly what you are delivering and where: UGE, OFICINA de Extranjería, POLICía or Consulate.
Originals. Collect passports, certificates, certificates and income confirmations.
Apostille. We're putting apostille in the country of extradition where it's needed.
Jury transfer. The juror appointed by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs is being translated.

Cita previa

The entry in the Officiala de Extranjería and the Political Action Service is going through the cita previa system on the sede.administracionespublicas.gob.es portal. These are two different lines. The person or his representative can be registered, and the fall list needs to select the exact procedure you are giving. There is no official waiting statistics, so we do not call the time frame. Apostille and legalization

The Apostilles place public documents between the countries of the 1961 Hague Convention and replace consular legalization, confirming signature, title and stamp, but not content, and not replacing translation. Russia, Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan are on the list of parties to the 11 September 2012 Spanish Ministry of Justice Convention.

In Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the official registry, the executive authorities of the entity and the bodies of the entity with the delegated powers are the subject of a certificate of non-judiciality, and the date of limitation is determined by the receiving authority, so we check it in advance. juror's translation

Empadronamiento in Barcelona

The registration certificate is issued free of charge when you have already entered the padrón. The online download is immediately available, the idCAT, FNMT, Cl@ve PIN or DNIe certificate is required. The paper is issued on the day of the appointment. The 010 card is sent by mail in 7 working days. The Volant de residéncia confirms the registration, it can be obtained from 16 years of age, volant de convivència shows who you live with, and it is issued from 18 years of age. Electronic supply

The applications for Ley 14/2013, including DNV, only accept UGE electronically, require an electronic certificate. In general, if you are in Spain, electronic submission is equivalent to personal service. For another person, a representative with a notary power of attorney or apud acta or a registered employee. Article 197.2, which required individuals to file part of the applications electronically, was quashed by the Supreme Court in decisions 8 and 8. Code 012 is paid in a bank in hard copy, no account is required. Code 052 can be paid online through the AEAT pay lock. Electronic service is paid at the time of delivery, with a normal time of 10 working days. Typical Errors

Pay the wrong modelo code 790 or ask for NIE separately when the procedure gives it itself.
Put the apostille on the wrong document or bring a certificate that is not appropriate by the statute of limitations.
Translate documents from an interpreter without the title of a jury.
Skip a month on the TIE card after the decision.
It's not the right procedure or the wrong line to choose in a cita previa.
Leave during extension without autorización de regreso.
To confuse volant de residencia and volant de convivéncia.

Frequent issues

How does NIE differ from TIE?

The number that identifies the alien is a card that confirms the residence permit, and the number does not allow the right to live in Spain, but the permit is issued by a separate decision.

Can you get a NIE without a residence permit?

He is requested by those who are connected with Spain ’s economic, professional or social interests, provided that they are not in the country illegally and have explained the reason why, and that they need an EX-15 form and a payment receipt.

How much is NIE, and how long is it?

Do you need apostille on Russian documents?

Yes, on official documents: Russia and Spain are parties to the Hague Convention, and the requirements for each instrument and its updating are determined by the host authority.

Are any translations accepted?

Spanish authorities need a translation of a juror appointed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and some authorities allow for other options, so check the requirements of the agency.

What if you lose TIE?

The application is submitted for duplicates in person, the EX-17 form and the 012 receipt are not changed. For travel abroad, you can obtain autorización de regreso. What line of duty is applied is specified when writing.

How do you get a registration certificate from Barcelona?

Online via idCAT, FNMT, Cl@ve PIN or DNIe, to the OAC on record or on call 010. The certificate is free, but you should already be in the Padron.

Do you need an electronic certificate to file?

For UGE and DNV, yes. In general mode, you can file it either in person or electronically. The UGE page calls the electronic certificate; Cl@ve is not mentioned, so the way of identification is specified before the application.

How long do you want to wait for the cita previa?

There's no official statistics, and we don't call the number, and we're looking for the record for the right procedure and the line and we're taking you to the reception.
