Who owns the site

This site is owned and managed by the NEXO Global Advisory SL (hereinafter NEXO) and is provided under article 10 of the LSSI Information Society Services Act. [1]

What NEXO does

The NEXO is a relocating centre: we arrange for a move to Spain and accompany the processing of residences, documents and related services, we are not a law firm or a public institution, we are not connected to or speaking on behalf of the public authorities.

The legal branch is run by a lawyer, tax and administrative officer (gradoada social); they have a cooperation agreement with the NEXO Global Advisory SL; they are provided where the law allows the representative; the founder, Victoria, has a legal education but does not belong to the bar and does not provide legal representation.

Professional registration

The numbers are for specialists, not for companies, and can be checked by the appropriate panels.

The professional rules applicable to the lawyer and the tax and administrative specialist, the list of their documents and the procedure for checking the numbers in the panels are specified before the launch.

Designation of website and materials

The website's information materials. They do not replace individual consultations and do not guarantee the outcome of your case. The laws and practices of the agencies change, so before you do, check the relevance of the conditions with us or in the source we refer to on the pages.

An application through a form, a report to the WhatsApp or a call does not create a relationship between you and a lawyer or a tax and administrative specialist, which arises after the contract and the budget are signed.

Use of the site

You can read materials and use the site for personal purposes. You can't use the site illegally, you can't disrupt its work or you can copy it for resale. We try to keep the site running without interruptions, but we don't promise you continuous access.

Material rights

The texts, design, logo and name of the NEXO Global Advisory are owned by the NEXO Global Advisory SL or used with the permission of the right holders. Copies and distribution of all or part of them can only be made with our written consent. The rights to photographs and illustrations are specified before launch.

Links to other sites

We refer to official sources like BOE and the ministries, and after the transition, the rules of that site are in place. Reference does not mean partnership, accreditation or approval on their part.

Responsibility

We are responsible for the quality of our work under the treaty, and we are not responsible for the decisions and deadlines of the departments, for the failures of the external services (messengers, hosting) and for the consequences of the actions you have taken, based only on the general content of the website without consultation.

Claims and disputes

The website is written in Russian and the language of the contract and consumer information (including the requirements of the Catalonia Act) is specified before launch, and Spanish law applies to the use of the site.
