Who do you make a deal with?

The contract, budget and bill are presented by the NEXO Global Advisory SL (NEXO) Legal branch, which is run by a lawyer, tax and administrative officer (gradoada social) of the NEXO cooperation contract, which is performed where the law allows the representative to serve, and how exactly the relationship between you and these specialists is established is specified in the contract, and is specified before launch.

Consultation

The first 30 minutes of the consultation are free. If you need a full personal consultation, it costs 121 me in 45 minutes. Whether taxes are included in the price is specified before the launch. The consultation provides guidance on your situation. It does not create an obligation to process our case.

Estimated and value

We count the cost of escorts individually. Before we start work, we make estimates and you sign them. State fees (tasas) and transfers are paid separately and shown in separate lines. Third party services are also not included in the cost of maintenance unless otherwise indicated in the estimates.

The contract is signed electronically through the electronic signature service. The name of the service is specified before the launch.

Payment

Prepaid: 50% before starting work and 50% before delivery. The payment methods and requisitions are stated in the bill and bill.

Decisions and time frames of agencies

The time limits for the responses of the agencies are determined by the agencies themselves, and we are not responsible for them. We are responsible for the quality of our own work.

What Do You Need

Send complete and reliable documents, answer questions within a reasonable time and come to the recording by the scheduled time. If the client has not come to the recording, the recording is repaid. If you fail to come, inform us in advance.

Refusal and return of money

The rules for terminating your work at your request, returning advance payment for the part not performed and the actions taken by the agency in refusal are recorded in the contract.

Right to refuse a remote treaty

If you are a consumer and you conclude a contract remotely, the right to refuse it is usually valid within 14 calendar days without any explanation of the reasons. [1]

Partners

At your request, we can recommend partners, for example, on housing or bank, and give them your data for this service. The partner does a service under his contract with you and receives payment from you. NEXO receives a commission from the partner, which we report before transmitting the data. Responsibility for the partner's service and the role of NEXO in selecting the partner is specified before launching.

Claims

Language, law and disputes

The terms of the contract and the mandatory consumer documents in Catalan or Spanish are specified before the launch, and Spanish law applies to the contract; the rights of consumers established by law do not limit these conditions.
