What is certificado de antecedentes penales?

Certificado de Anti-Penales is a certificate of whether a person has a criminal record in the Central Register of Convicted Persons (Registro Central de Penados) on the date of extradition, which is issued by the Spanish Ministry of Justice to natural and legal persons. [1].
