Cl@ve in Spain: how to register and access Mi Carpeta Ciudadana

What is Cl@ve and how it is different from Mi Carpeta Ciudadana and certificate

Cl@ve combines and facilitates citizens ’ electronic access to public services: you identify with pre-issued keys and do not hold different passwords for each portal. It complements the DNI-e entry and the electronic certificate, not replaces them. [1]. Mi Carpeta Ciudadana (MCC) is already an office, a personal space where data and files of different departments are collected; you can enter it only with electronic identification. [7][8]. DEHú (Dirección Electrónica Habilitada Única) is a single point of entry for the bank, before accepting the electronic notice [7][9].

Cl@ve is different. Cl@ve Móvil: scan QR code or confirm push request in Annex Cl@ve, password not needed [20]Cl@ve Permanente: the user code (DNI number or NIE) and the password you specify when activating; for services of the elevated level, a one-time code is added on SMS [19]. Cl@ve PIN: the code you choose and the PIN that comes in the application or via SMS and is valid for a limited time [17]. Separately there is Cl@ve Firma, electronic signature with cloud certificate [1]For PIN, Permanente and Móvil, registration in the system is first required [17][19][20].

How to get Cl@ve to a foreigner: ways of registration and levels

Cl@ve is released after registration, it has two levels. The basic opens many services, but not all, and does not allow the use of Cl@ve Firma (cloud signature). [2]The service that requires registration in full, certificate or DNIe is marked on the portal by a special badge [6].

Without NIE, no invitation letter is ordered and FNMT certificate is issued free of charge to foreigners and citizens over 18 years of age with DNI or NIE; identity is confirmed in the office, by the NIE document and passport [18]So, the Nie first step in the chain, we wrote about it in an article. on the Nie in Barcelona.

The front offices are located on the AEAT, Seguridad Social, SEPE, Delegacions del Gobierno, Autonomous Communities and Local Authorities Networks; the nearest one can be found at Punto de Acceso General with a Cl@ve filter. [5]The face-to-face page refers to DNI and does not describe the documents of foreigners, so what is accepted on NIE and TIE, check in the office before the visit. After any registration, a mobile notice and a welcoming SMS to the specified number will be received. [2].

How to get Cl@ve through NIE via letter of invitation: steps and underwater stones

For a foreigner with NIE, it's the most accessible way without a certificate. [3]:

1. Prepare the NIE and document support numbers (número de soporte), mobile phone number and email.
2. Check that Agencia Tributaria has your current address: the letter goes to the domicilio final.
3. Request a letter from the Cl@ve portal. It will contain Códio Seguro de Verificación (CSV) of 16 digits and capital letters.
4. When the letter arrives, complete the registration: enter the code, the mobile number and email. The code is not valid on the page.
5. Set the Cl application@ve or activate Cl@ve Permanente by setting the password [19][20].

This is the basic level: many services it opens, but not all, and Cl@ve Firma is not available with it. [2]I'm not sure what to know.

One: if you are not in the Agencia Tributaria database or the address is outdated, as the letter will find you, the page does not explain, and we did not confirm it. Two: one telephone number is attached to one DNI or NIE; if another person registers with your number, you will be left without a phone in the registration. [6]Third: Foreign number allowed, country code entered without a plus, while operator should accept SMS from other countries [6]Fourth: only the telephone changes via Agencia Tributaria or Cl@ve with DNIe or certificate or in the registration office [6]Fifth: Cl@ve Permanente is needed to control the password; the lost code is re-released in the section "Otras gestiones" on Agencia Tributaria [6].

How to use Mi Carpeta Ciudadana

Mi Carpeta Ciudadana (carpetaciudadana.gob.es) is a personal space that has created Administración General del Estado along with other administrations, and can be accessed and viewed by personal data, documents, records, notices and open files of different agencies in one place. There is a website, an iOS and Android app and a virtual assistant to Ada, who is currently only available on the website. [8].

You can enter only after identification: via Cl@ve, DNIe, any recognized electronic certificate, and Cl@ve PIN and Permanente [7]What's useful when you work with the office:

• The office works as a mediator, and it has little or no record of cases and people, and requests are sent to the agencies that manage them. [7].
• If data are shown with error, it is the data holder who needs to correct it, not the office; each page of the section contains a sede or a telephone number from the agency. [7].
• If a case or service is not displayed, it may be temporary inefficiencies; while it lasts, look at the case at the department's sede [7].
• The calendar is automatically updated about once a day, can be manually updated a limited number of times; the recording of an organization that is not yet connected to the office will not appear [7].
• You can look and learn about them in the office, but you can't control them: there's a DEHú for that. The announcements from Tablon Selectal ~nico, linked to your NIF or NIE, are also visible. [7].

What procedures are extrandjería, in particular yours, taken to the office, we found no official pages. The Madrid Handbook only says that the office's notice is placed in DAHú or Carpeta Ciudadana. [11]Check this example: After you file, see if or what the case is called.

Notifications from extranjería: DEHú, Mi Carpeta and certificate

Electronic notifications are accepted through DEHú or the office, and electronic identification is required for entry: certificate or Cl@ve [9]The law describes the procedure: notification is used when you or your representative, duly identified, has access to the contents. If the electronic form is mandatory or you choose it yourself and ten calendar days have passed without opening, the notice is considered rejected. [10].

The Delegación del Gobierno en Madrid of 20 August 2006 specifies the practice of the office. If the application indicates "consiento" for electronic notifications, the document is posted for 10 calendar days in the DEHú or Carpeta Ciudadana, it does not come to the post office. To open it, you need a certificate for DNI or NIE of the person mentioned in "domicio a efecto de noticacións" and one e-mail is not sufficient. This man, no ticking, and the notices are mailed. [11]. There is no word on Cl@ve in the directory here: check with the office to see if a notification opens with Cl@ve before relying on it. Where Cl@ve works when moving and where the certificate is needed

Cl@ve closes the office, payment of the duty, certificates and the Seguriidad Social number, and the application and signature are more reliable with the certificate. Security and access for the representative

The Cl@ve registration cannot be processed through a representative: you have to show up in person with a document, so the portal ensures that the access media is owned by one person. [5][6]Hestor or lawyer cannot get Cl@ve for you, but can act on a power of attorney. For UGE permission, the sede page calls e-trust via Registro Electrónico de Apoderamientos [14]for the remaining procedures, the procedure is described in article and counsel.

We add a simple rule, not from official documents: do not give Cl@ve password, QR confirmations and SMS codes to a person who "will give you faster." If the person asks for a certificate or a password in its entirety, discuss the power of action instead. Enter the official addresses: clave.gob.es and carpetaciudadana.gob.es, not by reference to letters and masters.

Typical Errors

• It's only offered to Spanish citizens with DNI, and the alien has a letter, certificate or office. [4].
• Order a letter without the support number of NIE or with an obsolete address in Agencia Tributaria: the letter goes to domicilio final [3].
• Consider the base level to open everything. The portal itself says it is not valid for all services and does not give Cl@veirma [2].
• Form Cl@ve on a phone that is already tied to another person: registration "take" number, previous owner is left without a phone [6].
• Slide and receive the notice. In Mi Carpeta you see that there is a notice and it is accepted in DEHú; the opening moment is important for the time frame. [7][10].
• :: To agree to electronic notifications without a person ’s certificate in the address box: the document will be in the DEHú and will not be available [11].
• Lose the Cl activation code@ve Permanente. Without it, the password cannot be re-established; the new code is released via Agencia Tributaria [6].

When Individual Review Is Needed

A review is needed if you do not have an address in Agencia Tributaria and the invitation letter is not available if you are going to apply through a representative, if the application already contains an agreement to electronic notifications and is not available, or if the deadline is due and you are not sure if the notification has been received. These are questions to a guest or a lawyer on your documents: the date of the notice is subject to the time limit.
