What is 112 in Catalonia, and who's answering the phone?

112 is the European emergency number, hosted by Centre d'Atencio i Gestíó de Trucades d'Urgéncia 112 Catalunya (CAT112), a public organization attached to the Department d'Interior i Seguretat Pública Generalitat [1].
