How to file for you without giving your certificate

The law does not resolve this by transferring the key, but by confirmation of the representation. Article 5 Ley 39/2015 allows for action through a representative, but for applications, complaints, waivers, the representation must be confirmed. For mero trámite, it is intended. To be confirmed, it is possible to confirm it by any means that can be used to secure the authority: apud acta in person or electronically in a sede or in an electronic registry. Typical Errors

• Send the certificate file and the password "for delivery" to the performer.
• The certificate is issued by the intermediary. Start with the official FNMT page. [1].
• The confirmation codes are passed on to the person who presented the support service.
• They don't record who's watching the notices and they lose the ten-day window to open.
• Take a screen shot for confirmation of the application. An official registration document is required: you can obtain an electronic resguardo from the PDF in Mercury after registration. [6].

• Once the work with the performer has been completed, the authority and contact for the notifications will not be withdrawn.
