A visa for language courses in Spain: What status do you need
The Spanish or Catalan course is longer than 90 days without regular stay: it is required to have autorización de estancia de larga Duración in the category of "actividades formulaas" (formatival activity), defined by article 52.1.e of the regulations, and among the five permissible types are language instruction, teaching assistants in schools, training for medical examinations and professional certificates. What courses and schools are suitable
The law lists the conditions exhaustive, so the beautiful name of the school doesn't solve anything. [1]:
