Visa in the consulate: foreign application

The application form for a national visa is taken on the page of the required visa on the website of the Spanish Consulate General in Moscow, and the permit form calls the list of documents on the same page: for no lucrativa, it's EX-01, for Cuenta propia EX-07. Frequent issues

Where do Russians apply for a national visa to Spain?
Moscow serves Russia except in St. Petersburg, Leningrad, Murman, Novgorod, Pskovsk, Kaliningrad and Karelia: they belong to St. Petersburg. On the news of the Moscow Consulate, from 1 April 2006 to 1 June 2006, schools, no lucrativa, and employment and family reunification are accepted by BLS. The St. Petersburg page in Russian (no date) calls for another list: order there specify. by letter.
Can a visa be applied through a representative or a mediator?
Article 26.1 RD 1155/2024: a visa shall be granted and granted in person, a representative shall be allowed where the rule so provides and, in the event of a distance from the consulate or illness, may be authorized on an exceptional basis. (Article 36.1), reunification and employment (Article 40.1). The representative of "debidamente acreditado" does not give a record to the consulates.
How long to wait for the national visa decision?
On no lucrativa Oficina de Extranjería decides within a month of receipt of the communication from the consulate, silence means refusal, then the consulate issues a visa within a month. 7 days after study, the permit is decided within a month.
What if a national visa is refused?
The refusal of the visa completes the administrative route. You must file a request for a recurso de reposión with the consulate within 1 month of the notification or a claim to the court (contencioso-administrativo) within 2 months. Recurso de alzada will not file a decision against the consulate. Reposición cannot be re-filed. Count the time limit from the date of the notification rather than from the day you read it.
What payments are expected when applying for a national visa?
State duties under Order Orden PJC/617/025: 10.94 I for the authorization of no lucrativa (form 790-052); 10.94 I and 203.84 I for the Cuenta Propia (790-052 and 790-062); in hiring, the employer pays 203.84 or 407.71 I. The consular visa fee is paid separately when applying (article 38 h RD 1155/2024); the external provider may pay his own fee (article 44.3 LO 4/2000). These amounts are referred to as the consulate and the provider.
How do citizens of Belarus, Kazakhstan and Ukraine serve?
Belarus is part of the Genkosulsk district in Moscow on the demarcation page, and the procedure is in force in Moscow. Kazakhstan and Ukraine are submitting to the Spanish Mission of their district: the procedure for recording and consular fees are viewed on the website of the consulate and check the date of the page. Temporary protection for Ukrainian citizens is in a separate order, and is not described by this map: a lawyer is needed.
