Extensions under general regime (no lucrativa, work, reunification) are granted two months before the end of the authorization; the extension is extended within a period of time until the decision is reached (arts. 64.1, 71.1, 80.1, 86.1 RD 1155/2024) [1]. In three months after the end, the application is also accepted, but a fine of up to 500 € (articles 52.b and 55 LO 4/2000) [2].
